POLICIES
It is the sole discretion of the captian as to whether or not to cancel a trip to do inclement weather.
All bait, tackle and ice is included in the price of the trip. All you need to bring is food, sun screen, camera and drink. You should bring a cooler for your fish and leave it in your vehicle until we return from sea.
On make-up charters all the fish are divided up evenly based on how many spots a person purchased.
If a party/person becomes unrulely or too intoxicated the captain reserves the right to return to the dock and no refund will be issued.
Please arrive at the boat 15 minutes before the time of departure.
RULES
Please do not bring any glass, hard liquor, coolers with wheels, illegal drugs and hand held gps.
Please wear white rubber soled shoes. No work boots of any kind unless they are rubber boat boots.
Please bring enough food and drink for the time at seas. The less coolers sitting around the better.
